Answer
All of our clients have different needs. In our experience, when it comes to UGC, brands are typically looking for one of three things: distribution (sales, social proofing, and awareness), content to repurpose in their other marketing channels, or product insights (market research). During our onboarding strategy sessions, we will talk with you to understand your needs, and decide if UGC would be an opportunistic channel for us to activate.
One of the main differences is the size of the creator. UGC employ's micro-influencers. A micro-influencer is an influencer with anywhere from 4,000 to 20,000 followers on social media. Their main advantage is that their following is hyper-engaged. We evaluate these top influencers through our social media influencer platform by measuring engagement, reach, and social trust.
Yes. We will never have you work with an influencer you don’t like. You get to approve or reject any creator before we initiate a collaboration. Your audience and social media preferences are crucial to your success. Our goal is to get your brand in the hands of influencers who match your brand’s core audience
We typically work to a four-week lead time, but ultimately this will depend on the nature of the campaign.

Unfortunately, if the discovery page is grey, we are TEMPORARILY not accepting new clients. We limit the amount of clients we can take on to ensure performance is never affected. You'll appreciate this once you become a client yourself and see how dedicated our team is to perform at an extra-ordinary level. Once onboarding reopens, the discovery page background will be colourful, and you can set up a call to see if we're a good fit. Check back next month!
